1 cup of Quinoa flakes

1 tsp Chia seeds

1/2 tsp Raw cacao

Pink himalayan sea salt *to taste

1/2 tsp Vanilla

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp raw cacao nibs

Maple syrup on top

*1/2 tsp Xantham gum if you want a thicker texture

*You can also add protein powder if you want a really high protein breakfast!
