2 green onions , sliced (divided in half)

1/2 cup mushroom , finely diced chunks

1 cup tomato , diced

1 cup carrot , shredded (about 1 large carrot)

1 tablespoon green bell pepper , minced

1 (8 ounce) package colby-monterey jack cheese , shredded (set aside 1/2 cup)

1/8 cup red onion , finely chopped

1 chicken bouillon cube

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 cup sour cream (set aside half)

1/2 teaspoon season salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2/3 cup milk

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed mushroom soup

1/4 teaspoon white pepper
