  • 1 1/2 Tbsps rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp honey
  • 3/4 tsps crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsps sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp hot water
