Ingredients for 8 servings

1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

1 1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour

1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons sugar

9 tablespoons (1 stick plus 1 tablespoon) unsalted butter, at room temperature

1 large egg

1 large egg white (you can use the one you've got leftover from the crust!)

1 tablespoon brandy (optional)

1 1/2 teaspoon orange zest

1/2 to 1 cup whole, fresh cranberries

1 x Great Unshrinkable Sweet Tart Shell, baked and cooled

1 tbsp Powdered sugar, for dusting
