700 g floury potatoes , peeled and diced

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

8-10 tablespoons breadcrumbs

300 ml milk

1 egg , beaten

salt and pepper

1 tablespoon mint jelly

2 tablespoons plain white flour , seasoned

400 g haddock fillets or similar white fish fillets

1 lemon

sunflower oil, for frying

300 g of mushy peas
