  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • freshly ground nutmeg
  • 2 sticks butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup (packed) dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup craisins

Delicious! The hint of honey adds a subtle but appreciated flavour. Instea of craisins I added chopped dates and it was delightful! Everyone loved them :)
