1 pint sour cream – room temp

3 large eggs – room temp

1 1/2 cups of sugar

3 tablespoons all purpose flour

3 tablespoons corn starch

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/4 lb melted butter – room temp or warm, not hot

**Springform pan, crushed cookie crumbs and butter
