Pinch nutmeg

Filling:

2 eggs

1 lb (500 g) ricotta cheese

1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp (25 mL) all-purpose flour

2 tbsp (25 mL) chopped fresh parsley

1/2 tsp (2 mL) each dried basil and salt

1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
