1 (8 oz.) package cremini or baby bella mushrooms

3 medium-sized zucchini

1-2 heads broccoli

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

3-4 cloves garlic

1 1/2 cups chicken stock

1 (15 oz.) can great white northern or cannellini beans

1/2 teaspoon thyme (more if using fresh thyme)

1/2 teaspoon basil

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/3 cup bulgur wheat

1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt, add more to taste
