1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 large eggs

1/3 cup pure maple syrup

1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons sugar

1/2 cup canola oil (or other vegetable oil)

1-1/2 cups low-fat milk

1 cup fresh blueberries, plus all-purpose flour for coating
