3 c. sugar
2 sticks of margarine
1- 5 oz. can of evaporated milk
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (or 10 oz. peanut butter chips)
1- 7 oz. jar of marshmallow creme (i.e., "Fluff")
1 tsp. vanilla
Bring to boil in large saucepan the sugar, margarine and evaporated milk, stirring constantly. Boil steady for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate or peanut butter chips and mix thoroughly.
Add vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
Add marshmallow creme. Mix thoroughly.
Pour into 13"x9" pan or glass dish.
Cool at room temperature.
Cut and serve. Refrigerate.
