Ingredients for 36 servings

2.5 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp ground cinnamon

.5 tsp ground nutmeg

.5 tsp ground cloves

.5 tsp salt

.5 cup butter, softened

1.5 cups sugar

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups powdered sugar

3 tbsp milk

1 tbsp melted butter

Preparation

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, cream together butter & sugar. Add pumpkin, egg & vanilla. Beat until creamy.

4.

Mix in dry ingredients. Drop cookies on cookie sheet with a tablespoon, flattening slightly.

5.

Bake for 18 minutes. When cooled, drizzle glaze on top with fork.

6.

To make glaze: mix powdered sugar, milk, butter & vanilla.
