1 sliced onion

lettuce , cut

3 tablespoons vinegar (a few drops of balsamic to taste is good, too)

1 sliced green pepper or sliced red bell pepper (I prefer red)

4 tomatoes

4 tablespoons olive oil

7 ounces feta cheese

2 medium cucumbers

salt and pepper

5 ounces black olives

oregano , and/or basil

2 tablespoons capers (optional)
