Such a delicious and rich soup!! But it's definitely not meant for left over-- I was going through a liquid diet & I happened to stumble upon this recipe thinking I could make a pot full to fulfill my dinner platter for the next 4days, but goodness, was I WRONG, it was so disgusting the next day, I could hardly bare the smell of it, let alone eat it.

Easy and delicious! I deviated from the recipe a bit subbing celery seed and salt for the celery stalk and added about 1 tbsp of honey (family habit/secret). So good! Healthy comfort food!

1 small onion, chopped

1 celery rib, chopped

6 cups fat free chicken or vegetable broth

2 garlic cloves, halved

4 sage leaves

1/2 cup 1% milk

salt and freshly ground pepper
