Petty good, however I add in more dates, use one orange instead of orange juice, and fresh manderine. Next time I'm going to use two oranges.

Ingredients for 4 servings

4 large dates, pitted and chopped

Pinch of salt

2/3 cup uncooked millet

1/2 teaspoon green cardamom pods

2 cups water

1 cinnamon stick

1 1/2 cups orange juice

1 cup canned Mandarin oranges, drained
