Curry Crust

1 1/4 cups pastry flour

1 tsp. curry powder

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 cup (1 stick) chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

4 tablespoons (or more) ice water

1 tablespoon butter

1 roasted red pepper, chopped

1/4 cup zucchini, chopped

1/4 cup red onion, chopped

1/4 cup green onion, chopped (green and pale green parts only)

2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme

6 large eggs

1 cup whipping cream

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

3/4 cup (packed) coarsely grated mozzarella cheese (about 3 ounces)
