  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup chopped crystallized ginger
