The soup tastes good but I think the potato is unnecessary. You can taste the ham ( I only use turkey ham) would double the broccoli cut out the potato, ham and halve the celery. I also would use Chix stock, which I did because I NEVER use bouillon cubes because of the salt content. I make my own so I can control the salt content. I also think the parsley is unnecessary but it's not enough calories to deal with.

Ingredients for 2 servings


1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 cup milk

1 cup broccoli (Fresh is best)

4 ounces Velveeta reduced fat cheese product

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 ounce ham

1/2 cup chopped carrot

10 ounces potatoes , Cubed

3/4 cup chopped celery

2 bouillon cubes

2 tablespoons flour
