Ingredients

15 oz can chickpeas, drained

1 head garlic

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped

4 tablespoons lemon juice

5 tablespoons tahini

3 tablespoons water

1 teaspoon onion powder

3/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Paprika to garnish

Preparation

1.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove the loose outside skin from the garlic head without separating the cloves. Slice off the top 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Drizzle olive oil over the head. Wrap in a small square of foil and roast until the garlic is very soft, about 30-35 minutes. Unwrap and cool slightly. Separate the cloves and peel

Puree all ingredients in a food processor

Add more water if needed
