1 sweet onion , diced

1/2 lb cooked pasta , rinsed

1/2 cup pine nuts , toasted

1 cup crumbled mozzarella cheese or provolone cheese or asiago cheese , etc

1 sprig mint , chopped

2 teaspoons ground mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

2 garlic cloves , minced

1/2-1 ounce basil , chopped

2/3 cup olive oil

Dressing

3 tablespoons lemon juice
