1/2 pound ground turkey

7 medium-size shrimp, rinsed, deveined and chopped

2 green onions, chopped

6 morel mushrooms, chopped (or 6 dried mushrooms, soaked in boiling water, drained and chopped)

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 teaspoon grated garlic

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon soy sauce

Egg rolls

1 package wonton wrappers (you won't use them all; freeze any remaining)

4 cups vegetable oil

Spicy Apricot Dipping Sauce (see recipe)
