Panko

Tempura

Sweet & Sour sauce

Sea buckthorn - "Havtorn"

Glasswort - "Salturt"

Preparation

1.

Very simple! Turn the lobster in tempura and panko breadcrumbs. Fry it in a frying at 170 C until they are golden. Serve with "Havtorn" and "Salturt".
