1 small avocado , sliced

1 tuna steak

soy sauce , to serve

1.0 tbsp toasted black or white sesame seeds

1 sheet of nori seaweed sushi paper, cut into shreds (optional)

2.0 tbsp sugar

coarsely ground black pepper (enough to coat the tuna)
