Made this today. I am not sure if this was intended to be consumed hot , I let it cool and enjoyed it as a pasta salad and it was great, nice flavor !

Ingredients for 6 servings

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 pound pasta such as penne, farfalle or macaroni

Fleur de sel and freshly ground coarse black pepper

Grated zest of 1 lemon

1 to 2 large garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup chopped basil

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
