1 handful of fresh finely chopped parsley

1 (28 ounce) can of whole peeled tomatoes, pelati (blended)

1 handful of fresh basil, torn

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 sprinkle of hot pepper

1/2 cup of dry white wine

1 pounds linguine, best choice would be an old traditional bronze-drawn pasta
