So tasty! I loved the vinegary sauce which was light and flavorful with the chicken. Also, great color with the parsley and looked super-pretty on the platter. Will definitely add this to my menus.

Thanks for recommending this Phillip. I'm going to make this tomorrow for lunch with the Tomato-Mozzarella Tower with Shallot Bacon Dressing from earlier this week. I LOVE this site. It makes my job of deciding what to make for lunch each day VERY easy!
