Ingredients for 1 serving

1 Onion

300 gr. minced beef

200 gr. miced pork

2 bottle of 700ml. tomato sauce (NO KETCHUP!)

6 eggs

800 gr. pasta "anelletti" (rings or maccheroni, no spaghetti)

200 gr. parmigiano cheese

Olive Oil

1 tbs salt (for tomato sauce)

2 tbs sugar (for tomato sauce)

Some bread crumb



Let's start with RAGU'. Sautée the onion. Add minced pork and beef. When everything will be a bit brown add the tomato sauce, salt and sugar. Cook slowly for 1 hour and half. Meantime boil the egg for 30 thirty minutes. In last half hour start to cook pasta, boil it just for 8/10 minutes, no more, in salted water. Pasta will finish cooking in bake. Now you have all your ingredients ready to be mixed togheter! Start like that: Mix ragù and pasta togheter, now take a casserole and put some pasta&ragù in the bottom, you've to cover all the bottom and occupy half of casserole. Now cut the eggs and cover the pasta layer with them. Add all the pasta in casserole and finish with cheese all over the top. If you like crispy food, just put over the cheese also some bread crumbs, more you put more will be crispy, and a bit of olive oil. Now baked for 40' minutes at 200°degrees. To eat just wait 20 minutes after you take out of bake. Original recipe is in italian language.
