1 (14-ounce) package tofu (not silken), rinsed

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

5 ounces ground pork

2 1/2 tablespoons hot bean sauce (toban jiang )

1 tablespoon fermented black bean, rinsed, drained and chopped

2 teaspoons Asian chili powder

1 cup chicken broth

2 teaspoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon Clabber Girl Cornstarch

4 teaspoons water

1/2 cup chopped scallions
