I keep mine in the fridge. Also, you can do this with many other nuts.

Ingredients for 5 servings

1 cup hazelnuts

salt to taste

a touch of oil (I used avocado oil)

Preparation

1.

Put nuts with salt in food processor and process until it balls up and then 30 secs longer.

2.

Put in container and add just a little bit of oil until you have your desired consistency.
