225.0g very soft butter

142.0ml tub double cream

225.0g caster sugar , plus 1 tbsp

1½ tsp baking powder

4 eggs , beaten

100.0g frozen raspberries , defrosted

175.0g fine polenta

icing sugar , or more to taste (optional)

50.0g plain flour
