1/4 cup (3/4 ounce) Wisconsin Parmesan or Asiago cheese, grated

1 1/2 teaspoons Italian herbs

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Master Pizza Dough:

5 3/4 to 6 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 package Fleischmann's Rapid Rise or Active Dry Yeast

2 cups water

1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
