2 2/3 cup all-purpose flour

1 1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 1/2 stick (12 Tbsp) unsalted butter, at room temperature

1 cup light brown sugar

3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk

4 x very ripe bananas, mashed (about 2 cups)

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted

3/4 cup coarsely chopped almonds, toasted
