2.5 ounces (1/2 cup) peeled, shredded semi-tart apple (I used a jonamac)

1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

4 ounces/8 tablespoons butter, softened

4.5 ounces (3/4 cup) sugar

1 large egg

1/4 cup/1 ounce/40 grams confectioners

1/3 cup/4.2 ounces/118 grams fresh ricotta cheese

1 teaspoon honey
