1 tablespoon brown sugar

3 large carrots

1 English cucumber

1/2 cup chopped peanuts (really good) (optional)

6 ounces sugar snap peas or snow peas

1/2 cup soy sauce

Dressing

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

1 lime, zest of

6 green onions

2 tablespoons sesame oil
