1/4 pound sweet chorizo

1/4 pound hot chorizo

1 medium tomato, seeded and coarsely chopped

1 small carrot, halved

1 small celery rib, halved

1 small onion, quartered

1 parsley sprig

1 oregano sprig

Salt and freshly ground pepper
