Spaghetti noodles

1 Tbsp. butter

Chopped green or red bell pepper

Chopped onion (1/2 to whole, based on preference)

2 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped

2-3 stalks chopped celery, optional

Sliced mushrooms, optional

1 can Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup (or Cream of Mushroom)

1 can chicken broth

1 1/2 inch thick piece Velveeta, torn into quarter-sized pieces

1/2-1 lb. cooked chicken, bones removed and cubed/shredded

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste
