Loved this chicken! It came out super tender. My grocery store ran out of feta cheese so I substituted a Parmesan and Romano cheese blend. Also very easy with very little prep time!

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 4 chicken breasts)

1/2 cup Chopped spinach frozen, de-thawed and squeezed dry

1/4 cup feta cheese

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 cup Low fat cottage cheese

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Pinch pepper

1/2 cup marinara sauce

Optional Topping: 1/4 cup parmesan cheese sprinkled over the top. Serve with additional marinara sauce if desired.
