2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced into rings

8 oz Mozzarella, shredded

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

2 tbsp Butter

2 tbsp Flour

2 cup whole milk

1 tsp Nutmeg

1 tsp dried Thyme

1 tsp fresh Sage, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried

1 tbsp fresh Basil, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried
