THANK YOU! Have been looking for egg-free lemon squares forever!!! Next time I will work faster or add a little butter to the topping as most of it was just too crumbly and fell off during slicing. Absolutely delicious!!!

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 cup light brown sugar

1/2 cup oats

One 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup freshly-squeezed lemon juice

Zest from 1 lemon
