3 green onions, chopped

4 tbsp oyster sauce, divided use

2 tsp sesame oil, divided use

2 1/2 cups Glutinous or sticky rice, washed and drained

1/2 cup jasmine rice, washed and drained

3 cups Chicken broth

1 tsp dark soy sauce
