1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

4 teaspoons gingerroot (minced)

3 tablespoons canola oil

1/4 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes

2 teaspoons lemon juice

6 garlic cloves (minced)

2 tablespoons curry powder

8 ounces vidalia onions (frenched or radially-cut)
