6 x tomatoes, medium-size, ripe but firm

1/2 cup mixed chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley, dill, mint, chives, chervil and basil

1/4 cup Toasted pine nuts

3/4 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil

1 cup yogurt thickened or thick greek yogurt

2 x cloves garlic (to taste)

1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
