I doubled this to use up bananas and a large can of pumpkin. I don't think it turned out because it was super dense, and took about 30 extra minutes to cook. Still ok to eat but the texture didn't seem right.

Ingredients

2 very ripe bananas

1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree

1 stick butter, softened

1 1/2 cup brown sugar

3 eggs

2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice

2 1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups powdered sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup

1-2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
