  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

  • 2 Tbsps minced garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 cups crab or crawfish stock
  • 2 lbs cooked Louisiana crawfish tail meat
  • 2 Tbsps sherry
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Creole seasoning
  • Hot cooked rice
  • Hot sauce
