1 tbsp parsley, chopped

1 tbsp tarragon, chopped

1 tbsp mint, chopped plus extra leaves

1 tbsp gomasio

1 tsp tahini

1 tsp French mustard

1.5 tbsp lemon juice

4 tbsp olive oil
