i love chickpeas, i just take the can of chickpeas, rinse them, and put Italian dressing and bacon bits on them . I eat them like that for supper.

Infused Lemon Oil :

1/4 cup grapeseed oil

zest of 1/2 large lemons

Chickpeas:

2 cups cooked chickpeas or 1 (15-oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

2 tsps dried oregano

2 tsps dried parsley

2 tsps garlic powder

sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
