1 box (30 ounces) frozen miniature phyllo dough shells (15 shells), thawed

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons prechopped onion, minced

1 cup packed baby spinach

1/8 teaspoon dried dillweed

2 tablespoons precrumbled feta cheese

2 tablespoons refrigerated alfredo sauce (see note)

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
