1/4 tsp ground turmeric

1/2 tsp salt

50 g unsalted butter

150 ml milk

6 x spring onions, finely chopped

1-2 x green chilies, finely chopped

1/4 cup finely chopped coriander

zest of one lime

olive oil for frying
