handful of raisins

natural yogurt to serve, optional

175.0g frozen leaf spinach , thawed

450.0ml vegetable stock

1.0 tbsp sunflower oil

handful of cashew nuts

400 g can chickpeas , drained and rinsed

250.0g basmati rice , rinsed

2.0 tbsp medium curry paste (Madras is a good one to use)

2 garlic cloves , crushed
