3 limes

1/2 small head cabbage, cored and finely shredded

1/2 large, juicy mango, julienned

1/2 small red onion, julienned

1/3 cup mayonnaise (or sour cream/crema or Greek-style yogurt)

salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 large scallion, julienned

1/2 bunch cilantro, roughly chopped

1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
